As is our tradition, we summarize our achievements at the end of the year. So let us briefly describe what NovaBudova managed to achieve in 2024.
First of all, we would like to mark the start of a new business-class residential complex “Lypynsky” construction in Lviv. Located in the street of the same name almost in the city center, it will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customers, offering everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation: from a developed infrastructure and modern layouts to a roof terrace and backup power in case of a power outage.
Also in Lviv, the construction of the third phase, and thus the entire Shchaslyvyi residential complex in Bihova Street, is nearing completion. This became possible thanks to the fruitful work throughout the year. In addition to the construction of the house itself, the infrastructure of the residential complex is also actively developing. In particular, this year a kindergarten of the m.Kids private kindergarten network has been opened in the complex.
The construction of the Crystal Avenue residential complex continues in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. The construction of the fourth stage is in its final stages. The last house of the residential complex is scheduled to be commissioned next year. As in the case of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex (Lviv), several useful establishments have also been opened on the territory of the complex, such as a grocery mart of the THRASH!ТРАШ! chain and an EVA store.
In 2024, the construction of the residential complex “Shchaslyvyi Grand” in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka did not stop. In particular, during the year, the first three sections of the residential complex, an underground parking lot and its own shopping center have been built. It should be noted that the construction of the shopping center is almost completed. And soon, the future residents of Shchaslyvyi Grand (as well as the residents of “Shchaslyvyi” in Yabluneva) will get a very important infrastructure facility just a few steps from their homes.
Therefore, in 2025, NovaBudova plans to complete the construction of Crystal Avenue and Shchaslyvyi residential complexes (Lviv) and continue the active construction of Shchaslyvyi Grand and Lypynskyi residential complexes.
