In the second section, preparations for commissioning are underway.
In the third section, the installation of heating and water supply systems has been completed. Work is ongoing on the facade (95% complete), floor screeding (85% complete), installation of railings (80% complete), installation of service doors (95% complete), installation of fire protection systems (95% complete), electrical work (90% complete), installation of apartment doors (80% complete), and finishing work (30% complete).
In the fourth section, concrete works are underway on the 8th floor and the technical floor, including the construction of walls and partitions (60% complete), preparation for window installation, and preparation for the start of installation work on the water supply and sewerage systems.
In the fifth section, monolithic work on the 7th floor is ongoing, as well as bricklaying walls and partitions.
In the sixth section, work has begun on the foundation slab.
In the underground parking lot, works continue on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 (80% complete) and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3 (95% complete). Installation of fire protection systems has begun in Section 5, and preparations for electrical work are underway.
