Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.
In the first section, facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold balcony passages), arrangement of internal engineering networks, and roofing works are underway. Finishing works on floors 8-12, plumbing works, and installation of the doors of the public usage places` have begun.

In the third section, monolithic works on the 12th floor are underway. Preparations for the installation of windows have begun.
In the fourth section, construction has begun. The foundation slab has been poured. The development of the parking lot pit continues.
In the underground parking lot, waterproofing works and monolithic works of the entrance and part of the parking lot (section 3) are underway.
