From now on, homeowners in the 4th phase of the RC “Crystal Avenue” (1 Kryshtaleva St., Petropavlivska Borshchahivka) can receive the keys and start finishing works in their new apartments.
We would like to remind you that the construction of the 4th building is in its final stages. Currently, the progress is 98%. Among the latest works:
• installation of the pump room has been completed and water supply has been started;
• work on finishing the lobby (95% complete), installing irrigation (95% complete), installing radiators and meters (80% complete), and finishing work in the fountain bowl is underway;
• preparations for the house commissioning is underway.
