Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.
In the first section, general construction works have been completed. Facade works are underway (thermal insulation of the facade is bonded), as well as works on the arrangement of internal engineering networks (storm and domestic sewage).
In the second section, the similar works continue.
In the third section, monolithic works are underway on the 7th floor.
In the underground parking lot general construction works are underway.
Construction of its own shopping center next to the residential complex is nearing completion. Currently, the overall completion rate in the shopping center is 95%.
