Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.
In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), flowers and lawn planting has been completed, and an irrigation system has been installed. Preparations for the installation of a playground are underway.
In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), installation and commissioning of the fire safety system, as well as installation of railings, have been completed. Works on finishing of the administrative building (95% complete), finishing of the lobby, facade works on the 1st floor (80% complete), installation of radiators, installation of meters, landscaping works (planting of plants, installation of irrigation and outdoor lighting systems) are in progress. We have started arranging the fountain, installing lighting fixtures, and installing a pump room. Preparations for the installation of boilers are underway.
In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), installation of windows (17-18 floors), roofing (90% complete), electrical installation, installation of water supply and heating systems (60% complete) are in progress. Facade and plastering works, installation of gas supply and fire safety systems have begun. Preparations for the screed are underway.
The last part of the underground parking lot has been completed with the foundation slab. The vertical elements (walls and pylons) are being poured.
