Herein we are telling you about the construction of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.
In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), shrubs and flowers have been planted. Preparations for the installation of the playground are underway.
In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), commissioning of the elevator equipment has been completed. Work is underway on the finishing of the mixed-use complex (75% complete), facade works on the 1st floor (80% complete), lobby finishing, and landscaping.
In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), sewerage systems have been completed. Installation of windows (12-16 floors) and roofing is in progress (60% complete). Electrical installation works have begun.
In addition, monolithic works in the last part of the underground car park have begun.
